With deliberation dated 16.01.2023, ProSafe adopted an organization, management and control Model in compliance with D.Lgs. 231/2001, with regard to administrative liability of entities (“Model 231”).
ProSafe also adopted its own Code of Ethics, consistent with the principles of D.Lgs. 231/2001, as well as with the business principles inspired by the values of ethics, professional integrity and independence.
In compliance with the provisions of the Model, the Company nominated a Supervisory Board (“OdV”), with a function of control over the risks connected to the specific activity carried out by the Company and to the related legal profiles.
The task of the Supervisory Board is to constantly monitor:
- The compliance with the model by its recipients;
- The efficiency of the Model in preventing the crimes described in D.Lgs. 231/2001;
- The implementation of the provisions of the Model within the performance of the Company activities;
- The updating of the Model, in case it is necessary to adapt it due to changes in the Company structure and organization, in the activities carried out by the Company or in the relevant legislation.
